Functional compactnessThe project of a residential country house is made in a modern Scandinavian style. It is characterized by restraint, minimalism, strict geometry and neutral color shades. A special feature of the design are two elements that violate strict right angles and give dynamism to the entire architectural appearance. This is a massive diagonal line on the front facade and a diagonal soaring roof on the side of the backyard.
Dark Roman brick and micro cement in a light milky color are used in the exterior decoration. The exterior is complemented by panoramic glazing and three-dimensional columns of fireplace pipes and barbecue stoves.

The unique planning feature of the project is that many functional rooms are located on a relatively small area. On the ground floor there is a winter garden with a large fireplace area, a home SPA with a sauna and a font, a guest block with a private bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room. The first floor is a completely private area of the owners with a children's room, a bedroom and an office.
The traditional layout of the house is diluted with unusual modern solutions. One of these solutions is the difference in floor levels in the living room. The sofa area is lowered several steps down to ground level. Because of this, the living room space feels more spacious and airy. There is an exit to the barbecue area from the living room. Due to a single floor line and large panoramic windows, the effect of proximity to nature is created.
The architectural concept of the project is based on a harmonious combination of compactness, Scandinavian restraint and maximum functionality of the space.
