Soar
The architecture of weightlessnessThe project is a concept of a private SPA complex located in a mountainous area. The features of the landscape became the basis for the configuration of the building. It is made in a laconic modern style — a flat one-storey rectangle with panoramic facades and a minimum number of blank walls.
An unusual solution was the location on the slope. A part of the building on a support column seems to float above the ground. The effect is enhanced by extensive panoramic glazing. There is a swimming pool in this part of the building, which offers views on three sides at once. Nothing prevents you from enjoying your vacation and contemplating the splendor of the surrounding landscapes. Additional lighting above the pool bowl is provided by rooflights.

The layout of the SPA complex is divided into functional areas. The entrance is located from the side of the warm kitchen, then there are changing rooms and bathrooms, then there is a sauna, which leads to the main space — an area with a swimming pool and a font. The technical rooms are hidden from the eyes of the guests and are located on the underground floor.
The concept of lightness is supported by separate architectural elements: a staircase with floating steps, an outdoor terrace, holes in the roof through which the sun's rays fall directly into the dining area.
The finishing of the complex is made of micro-cement in a light shade and clinker bricks of a crossbar format. Similar colors are also used in the design of architectural elements on the site, so that the entire territory of the complex looks harmoniously in a single style.
