Scandinavia

Scandinavian aesthetics for relaxation
Location: Moscow region, Russia.
Total area: 180 sq.m./1937.5 sq.ft.
Date: in the process of implementation.
Team: David Merdenov, Anastasia Astakhova.

The project of a private SPA complex is designed in a modern Scandinavian style. It is distinguished by the minimalism of architectural forms combined with finishes made of materials of different textures. The whole complex harmoniously fits into the environment and looks natural in a natural space thanks to the configuration of the building, decorative elements, colors and lighting.

The architectural layout of the building is elongated and has an emphasis on horizontal lines. The effect is enhanced by alternating different colors and textures. The terrace and the top of the facade are made of micro-cement in a milky shade, while the main part of the facade is finished with dark crossbar bricks of horizontal Roman masonry. The roof space is decorated with a weightless glass parapet.

Планировка

The building is divided into three functional areas. The heart of the architectural composition of the complex is the swimming pool, so it is located in the center. Thanks to the panoramic glazing, the pool offers a beautiful view of the site. The entrance area leads to the gym, while on the opposite side of the entrance there is a terrace with a summer kitchen.
