A space of maximum comfortVisum is a project focused on the main advantage of its location — a panoramic view of the metropolis. The house is designed in a minimalist style in a pleasant sandy color. Two materials of similar tone are used in the facade decoration. These are micro-cement and crossbar brick. In addition to the laconic appearance, the house has a thoughtful layout that allows you to use the living space with maximum comfort.
There are many functional areas and spaces on two floors. Special attention is paid to the trajectory of movements around the house. The location of the rooms takes into account two key scenarios — the daily life of the owners and the ceremonial reception of guests.

The main layout feature of the ground floor is the absence of an entrance hall. The guest entering the house gets into the main hall with a panoramic staircase that leads to the dining room and living room with access to the SPA and barbecue zones. In everyday life, the owners can enter the house through the garage, getting directly into the dressing room of the main hall.
As for the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with access to the terrace on the opposite side from the entrances. The way to the bedroom goes through the hall, dining room and living room. The house has a clear separation of the "master" territory with its private and public spaces and staff rooms with access to storerooms and technical rooms.
On the first floor there are four sleeping blocks and an office-workshop. The house is designed in such a way that the rooms smoothly flow into one another. Thanks to the minimization of doors, the living space looks like a whole.
